Often accused of being the gendarme of the world, the USA seems indispensable when it comes to deal with such catastrophes, as in Haiti today. US troops are controlling the quake-struck country`s major points and help distribute the international aid.
No UN, no EU, no NATO, practically nobody, only the USA are able the react so fast and efficiently.

We are care givers to the world, and defense, at a high cost to us, but someone needs to do it, and many others will not.

Yet, so many hate us, and turn on us. Why is this? I don't understand, when we feed so many, and care for them, and build their land, and treat them, and still, later on, they turn on us. We even fight their wars with, and for them.

I have to say U.S.A. have lot of skills, tools, medicines, and talent people who want to have more experiences with countries who have earthquake, floods and tornado. The scientists need more informations and how to prepared crises and the scientists is experiencing with their WeatherBug computer and wanted to warn people and other countries. I think other countries don't have what America have. We can deal any crisises. I hope. |

Haiti people fought for freedom and finally become Independence. Am I right? Don't forget about people of Africa, America do want to help them too. Our priority is our neighbors for now. |

If we did not do it, no body would. We care, and also Police the world, at great cost to us, but again, some one has to do it, and others won't.

I think a lot of people are a bit jealous of the Americans for all sorts of reasons and think they should mind there own business i think the world would be a scary place with out her i don't agree with all her decisions but that can be said for many countries

But this cost of being the World Police Force is very high, in money and lost life's, and the large amount of aid we give to many places, and all.
Does any one care? Do they appreciate it? Many when they get back up, turn on us, why is this?
