I didn`t know what to do with honey berries which grew abundantly this year. I wasn`t able to eat them myself and the family refused their cooperation due to a bit sour-bitter taste. So I made berry icecream, I used eggs, 36% cream, vanilla sugar etc. I produced two litres with one pound of berries.
Actually, I didn`t follow strictly any particular recipe. I had read a few and did it my way. But still the effect was astounding - everybody loved my ice cream.
