Rural culture has still retained many old traditions but the changes are taking place on our eyes.
E.g., elderly people prefer the traditional folk bands with their wedding music and dances to some modern disco or pop.
The band is called Storkers.

Yes, exactly, that`s why I translated it. Thanks for the translation. I knew it had something to do with storks because I know the word "bocian" from watching the stork webcam in Tomaszow Boleslawiecki. But it's possible I wouldn't think that was the name of the band...the way my mind works, I may have thought the gathering was attended by the "stork club" or that they were celebrating "stork day" or something along those lines.... |
