Leiden and Oxford: A match made in HeavenLeiden and Oxford are both cities with a renowned university. But that's not the only thing they have in common. Theyare also sister cities. According to the mayor of Leiden, Henri Lenferink, the two cities cooperate in the field of bioscience.
