Now with Obama and per his request, share the wealth, and he wants us to become a socialism way, what is next? How do we stop this, since they control all three departments now, or after the first of the year. What can all of us, who want to keep democracy do? I work hard and don't want to give everything away to those who don't want to work, the Obama way. I want to start a action to stop the SHARE THE WEALTH way, and make all who can, work, and do for them selfs.
What do you think on this?
Do you think it will be a bad time for us here in the U.S.A. with him as a leader?
What can he, and will he, do to help the U.S.A. out of the hard times now? If he wants to.
Will he try and send our tax money overseas, to others, as he said he would, and not take care of us first?
We here want capitalism not socialism, this is the American way, and don't want the change.

Many or most did not know what he stood for, just he was the first black for this job, and he was due it, for his color, and how we treated the blacks, many, many years ago.
Plus he was going to give his people everything, by the SHARE THE WEALTH program.

america became a socialist country about a month ago when the shrub bailed the banks and such out.. that is not the capitalist way. the repos are the ones who took america down, first by increasing the size of the gov like none other, then they got USA in a senseless war and plundered the coffers and lastly made most of the banks state owned. stalin sure would be proud.
so, quit your crying and be pissed off at the right people and those are the ones still in charge.

Both of the action you state were voted on by congress, most of whom are demo. and they voted for them.
The war was much needed, if we did not fight them there, we would have to fight them here, in our U.S.A.

Mike your second statement is a total malarchy. iraq had nothing to do with 9-11 nor were there any terrorist there until USA invaded that country. it was and is just as stupid as the wars in korea and vietnam. the war in afghanistan isn't much better either.. USA didn't learn one freaking thing from someone else's mistakes. hmmm |

I do keep my mind in America, because this is where I can vote, and where I live, and care for what is going on. But I don't care for Poland, since I have family and friends there, and have visited them and love Poland, but will never tell them what to do.

Loco may be a Polish citizen, but he lives in America and has for some time. In my opinion, that gives him every right to comment about America's leadership, since what those leaders do directly impacts his life! Can you not see this difference?  |

But surely if the USA is the worlds policeman then we all have a right to voice an opinion every thing the US does affects us in the UK and has done since WW2 i am not being anti American with this next statement as i quite admire the USA, but the UK has always supported them we gave them so much technology particularly the jet engine which made the US far ahead than the rest of the world it paved the way to space exploration and superior air power in the air.You only have to read the story of Frank Whittle to see how he was robbed of being the first to go supersonic. I agree with Loco, Abama was not elected for the colour of his skin just he has made history for it,but for a fact people believe he is the man to make the change I to have said the war in Iraq is the main reason we are in this financial mess bullets and bombs are not cheap.

perhaps i should have kept quiet? Sorry, Franciszek, I didn't mean to imply that at all. In fact, I have nothing against the exchange of opinions and ideas about politics - American or otherwise. Unfortunately, some of these discussions have turned into personal attacks in the past, usually triggered by one person whose "opinions" - which in truth seem more like rants - are presented as facts, and if those opinions are disagreed with, the personal attacks begin. It has happened over and over, even in several of the non-political threads, and may have been the cause of a key forum member leaving. |

no need to appologise i was just browsing threads and my white neighbour has a mixed race son so the topic of racism always comes up so when i see it any where my ears prick up because me being of mixed race i am exposed to predujice but because i am white then i am spared the injustice of being coloured to me we are all equal and to be a bit course we all use the same toilet ,so we are the same as each other has loco gone for good or will he return?
