In the town of Skoczów they organize a procession with a straw doll of Judas. The doll is burnt on Saturday in the symbolic act of destroying the evil.

The procession is organized by the town council and a fire brigade. The interesting thing is that recently local priests have opposed the tradition, claiming it is pagan. That is why this year Judas doesn`t go near the church in Skoczów.
