Unfortunately, no, it is too pink (raw meat) while fish ala Greek is red from tomato sauce. Yes, raw beef steak. It looks so disgusting when you start consuming it, but at the preparation stage it is one of the most colourful Polish dishes:  |

I actually didn't consider that. It looks so disgusting when you start consuming it I'm always game for trying new dishes but tatar looks so unappealing, just raw minced beef  Having said that I like my steak cooked blue. |

Not just beef - also all tasty additives. E.g, I always put a whole tin of sardines into my tatar. Check tatar raw beef steak in another thread. I like my steak cooked blue. And that is sth unacceptable to me - heated meat which is still raw or semi-raw.  |

Delicious! I would only eat steak that way though, just seared on the outside. I wouldn`t eat raw meat if it was in one piece like regular steak. Chewing it is a crazy idea. |

Of course I will coz minced it naturally melts away on your tongue, while when in one piece, you have to tear away meat morsel like a wolf or another predator. I am Homo sapiens, not Canis lupus.... Of course. Napoleon sais the same thing. |
