I have got some pieces of news: one bad, two good.
What shall I do with them?

It's not news until you share it, otherwise it's just a secret.

No! Once you share it, it becomes news. So share!

No! Once you share it, it becomes news. So share! hahaha Bad news: My digital camera had broken down. My continual using it was too heavy-duty for its durability. 1st good news: I think I am going to buy me a new one. 2nd good news: I have loads of pictures waiting impatiently for the show. So , don`t worry! PS. Currently I am still transfering my old stuff, so be patient and tolerant. Livia has fun with riddles which you already know.

Phew!... the news wasn't as bad as I had feared... I'm anxiously awaiting the new camera, as it is my window to Poland.

I haven`t decided what to buy yet. The choice is too big. This is one of the disadvantages of capitalism. Are you familiar with this rhyme which children use to choose? Perhaps you could use it to help you choose a camera: Eenie, meenie, miny, mo; catch a tiger by the toe. If he hollers, let him go; eenie, meenie, miny, mo. Unfortunately when I was a child (in the 50's), a derogatory racial term was used instead of 'tiger'. Happily society has now advanced beyond that point, and the above rhyme is how it is generally said among children today.

I will certainly use it at school, I sometimes play tricks on my students and say such counting-out rhymes to point to a student who will read homework. hahahaha It`s wonderful. I expect a standing applause reaction hahahahaha I can gues what was used instead of a tiger. PS. I have bought a new camera. A compact Kodak C613, handy and with all functions that I need. I am afraid of its quality, though, it looks like Chinese production, when I inserted batteries, it was hard to close the cover, I had to damage some rubber cushions inside the battery compartment to fit them. I am worried that one day the cover will break off. I have taken a few photos but didn`t have time to see them on computer. I have loads to do lately.

Good luck with the rhyme and the camera! Let us know how the kids react to the rhyme, and show us some pictures soon!

I am quite satisfied with my new compact digital camera. It easily fits into my pockets, automatically takes good pics without worrying about settings, light etc.
There is only one disadvantage, but it applies to all modern cameras with zoom lens. When you switch the camera on, the lens moves forward on its own, no matter if you want to use the zoom or not. I can`t get used to it, it imposes handling the camera with greater care, those mechanisms are delicate.

Abstaining for awhile will be good for your character! ;D ;D ;D Though I don't know about your mood..... I have passed the test. I made sure I can stop drinking any time without consequences to my mood, behaviour, body condition etc. Now I can safely return to drinking again. After all, it`s holiday.
