I like the song. The lyrics have some strange word mix at times, but I can easily see what they were trying to communicate. Very nice.

I will agree with Jeanne here. Although I understand the motive is to inform young people about breast cancer or at least make it a topic they have been exposed to, I find the slogan cheap and in poor taste. Nothing hip or cool about cancer. A simple respectful purple bow or ribbon is more than enough. Pimpin' breast cancer is like the bride and groom having a farting contest at the altar.
Last week I attended a "Champions of Hope" Awards ceremony with my wife. It was a fund raiser to provide genetic testing/counseling for survivors of ovarian cancer. (Karin has worked in med/surg oncology for about 25 years)

Peter, The problem is that they are too comfortable. They have neither fear nor respect for the people of their host countries. THAT is what must be corrected. It can be as simple as a muslim woman cannot walk down the street with her headscarf on. The French are on the right track here. You must teach others to recognize and associate the headscarf as a symbol of oppression and fascism. Its no different than a swastika. Pull it off her head every chance you get. It would be better to have women and minors do this. When an obviously muslim man walks past whisper "murderer!" just loud enough to be heard. If confronted deny, deny, deny. Also come to the aid of others who may be caught by the authorities. Always look the other way when one of your own is provoking them. The Dutch people have every right to defend themselves and correct the folly of their elected officials. Good luck.

Why Tufta, I am suprised at you! Lightly trolling for Americans? HAHA! I have little interest in such polling or other various feedback machinations. I am a simple man with a fairly straight forward approach to life. The things I value most are personal relationships regardless of the political or social agendas that others wish to inject into my life. I am sure Poland will negotiate for the best return for its loyalties, It's the smart thing to do. Economically, I'm not suprised that the EU approves of the current administration. The EU was created to directly compete with the US on many fronts. I look forward to the day when the US taxpayer can stop funding other peoples peace and security. The sooner the EU takes this over the better. I will however relish bashing their every move in the media and on the internet. Afghanistan. Only a fool believes that a reasonable outcome will ever occur there. My opinion is that Afghanistan is a problem that needs to be neutralized from time to time. That being said, I also have great respect for the fiercely independent Afghans who fight to maintain their culture and way of life. They are to be emulated. American men have learned much from them. India and China have relatively fragile economies that exist at the whim of the American consumer. Both countries have serious social issues that could be their undoing at any time. I guess we'll see. In general, neither country is particularly agressive by nature. I think a few proxy wars are likely in the future. (especially in Africa)

Bo, All the fowl in my video are extremely common and can be harvested in season with a very inexpensive hunting permit. The area I filmed in is within a city so hunting with firearms is not permitted. Only for self-defense can a weapon be discharged within a city or town. Only hunting by trapping or fishing is permitted within a community.
The Blue Heron (large fishing bird) is a protected species and was at one time rare but now common. The Seagulls are a more recent development but common near the Great Lakes.
I used to catch Snapping Turtles as a younger man in Wisconsin. They were very good eating and quite large. I have never eaten turtle eggs but I would try them. My philosophy would be to leave the eggs to hatch and grow then harvest the turtle.
At my workplace we had such a bad infestation of geese that we bought several mating pairs of Swans to run the geese off. (our Swans are very aggressive)This worked well for a few years until a pair of coyotes had a litter of pups on the property and after eating the gosling's proceeded to eat the Swans. Only the largest male survived. Keep in mind this all occurred within an area of 2-300,000 people.

(sigh) Whatever would you do without me... Oh, my urban contemporaries, so much work I have to do with you! You have an unhealthy relationship with mud. This must change if you are to grow as a person. Mud is a fact of life like death and taxes or trouble with a woman. You can lament its existence or simply find the bright side of the situation and embrace it. Like the fleeting beauty of a woman, mud is temporary and dries up in the sunshine. Let me present you with this work of art that shows the tragedy and joy that mud can bring. Notice how the artist brilliantly juxtaposes the heathen mindlessness of the video with the somber seriousness of the audio. Truly the hand of a master..

Are they learning the entire story or just parts of it? I've yet to hear a reasonable explanation of both sides. I understand this is an inflammatory statement but I've really never understood how a group of people could have made so many enemies in so many nations. Even today this is happening. Please consider my questions as from someone without bias, but a genuine wish to understand more completely.

I think the Slovaks are showing good sense. I'm sort of indifferent whether Poland joins or not. I guess my feeling is that I wish Poland could just be a sovereign nation for awhile without handing over its statehood to anybody. Poles have suffered at the hands of others for so long that they seem to not even desire their independence anymore. Going to the Euro would bring quick money and some prosperity to Poland but at what cost? It is your fate to decide.

Why do men die 10 years earlier than their wives? They want to. Shouldn't men retire from working ten years earlier than women then??? Seems unjust doesn't it?

Abstract art can be interesting to me but I find myself looking more to the artists intent, or what they were trying to convey. After learning their intent I often find the work interesting. Its just not always obvious to me.
A short course could be very helpful.

I am not biased! I simply report things as I see them. Perhaps Bonobo is so devilishly handsome that the women at school are all swooning over him! Maybe... As the report stated, Polish women are only mean to each other but seem to respect men.
I agree with Mike that American women (younger than 35) are really a disaster waiting to befall a man. Most young men in my family prefer to marry foreign or older women. Much less drama!
Let me add that my wife Karin supervises 40 nurses at the hospital everyday and then comes home to regail me with the stories of backbiting and cruelty. Let me say this again, I would rather jump head-first into a cement mixer filled with running chainsaws, than have to work with a group of women.

Don't be discouraged Mike. Your desire to know more about things that interest you is always commendable. Your only real issue with them is a lack of diplomacy at times. I say that not as criticism, but an observation from a friend. I also like this forum much better as I get a more relaxed vibe.

Well, I think that as we get older we come to appreciate formality and the importance of some ceremonies. It's just more respectful. I am sure your color combination will make you look very sharp! If your wife gives you a kiss and tells you that you look handsome then you can be sure.
In general, I think that tying a noose (no matter how lovely) around your neck is a poor way to start the day.
I don't have enough hair to dye, but I have dyed my mustache and beard. It was great for awhile, but I am too lazy to perform all the maintenance required.
