Strange, but this survey result is the same that I remember was valid 20 years ago, when I was much younger.

Polish women say they have their first sexual encounter at the age of 19, a year later than the average European female and two years later than German, British, Norwegian and Czech women, finds a new survey taken in 19 countries.
The study, commissioned by the Bayer Schering Pharma company, finds that in Denmark the age of sexual initiation is the youngest in Europe - at 16.6 years old - and is the oldest in Turkey, at 20.5.
“Over the past few years the statistics about the age of sexual initiation in Poland have not changed much - though, women often don’t reveal the true age,” psychologist Bianca Beata Kotoro said at a press conference launching one of the most wide ranging reports into the sexual life of young women in Europe.
in Poland, Britain and Denmark around 60 percent of respondents claimed to having used a condom during their first sexual encounter.
Condoms are especially popular in Greece (79 percent of young people say they use them), and least common in Portugal (17 percent).
Despite young women telling pollster GFK that they use contraception, in 2008, there were over 21,000 teenage mothers below 19 years old in Poland, informs gynaecologist Malgorzata Binkowska.
The survey was conducted among 25,500 women between 15 and 49 years old from 19 European countries, including a sample of 1,041 from Poland, during November and December 2009.
