I want to ask, those who know, and those who live in Poland. Are many people having internet server problems? I know of two who live in Warsaw, and they say many more, are having this problem. I this the case? Is it all over Poland? What is the problem they could be having?

I have a cable Internet. I experience a server crash once a year. It is usually cut off in the evening and restored next morning.
