Oops. Walking down the stairs of the butcher`s where I had bought delicious Polish sausage, I stepped badly and slightly twisted my foot. I could walk upon the incident, but after an hour or two the pain became more acute and I started to limp. I had little problems with driving (clutch!), too, but managed to return home.
The foot is painful, though not swollen. Strange. My wife treated it properly.
I don`t know about tomorrow - will I have to rest at home instead of going to work?
Why first sign of aging? It has never occured to me before. Not even in my childhood, at least I don`t remember.
Oops.
What about you?

I am told, I act, and look like, and think I am 39, and am staying at that age. My health is good, as per my check ups. With me, age is just a number.

The disfunction of my ankle/foot lasted 2 days. I didn`t go to work on Saturday, I couldn`t walk and used a stick. I also stayed in on Sunday. On Monday I still limped a little but could walk. I still don`t know what happened. I think I pulled a tendon. How about a theory that my foot was disabled on purpose so that I didn`t go out on Saturday? A protection policy?

Could it be, your drinking to much? Are you don't walk enough now? Are are you just getting old?

I, myself, gave up drinking, years ago.
