What are some items from Poland that we can't get

I ask all of your help.

What are some of the great items, like food, and other items that are from Poland, but can't be got here in the USA, due to the extra high cost, here, that can be shipped without spoiling?

Like

1. Dried Mushrooms
2. Wood carvings
3. Items of amber
4. Seeds for a Linden tree

And I know there must be many more, can you help me?

I am thinking of selling some of these items, to the people here who can't get them, or due to the fact, that the merchants here want way to much for them. Please post any and all ideas, you may have on this.

What is the name of the cheese that comes from southern Poland? Do you think this would ship well?

Those of you who live here in the USA, and came from, or have visited Poland, what would you like to be able to buy here at a fair price?
