Dear guys, I have limited my presence here a little because I am very busy at my work now, we started new projects, including a forum, and I am helping my students run it. Be patient, from time to time I will try to post things.

Mike, there are matura exams in Poland recently. Bo is busy there. Today, asked by my school colleague, I ran a matura exam for two students of a private school where she teaches. In fact, oral exams start next week in my school. At my age, my life does not change much each day. Nothing interesting new in my life, for now, but looking. Tell us more about your acquaintances. You know, the ones from the (in)famous little black book..... ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D Yes, where are the Pol Am guys you promised to bring in? ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D Get them and you will never be bored or lonely in the forum..... ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

Nobody reading any of this, please post, we all miss the postings. Mike Well, Mike, it just goes to show that when our fearless leader, Bonobo, is gone, the place falls apart... In my neck of the woods it has been so hot that my brain is melting and I can't think straight to post anyway. I'm hoping for the heat to break soon...90 degrees plus lots of humidity is driving me nuts!!!

One of our boys couldn't make it to go with the other scouts by bus to the yearly camp, which is taking place now in Lithuania. So we took him there by car. And used the occasion to vist Vilnius (Wilno), and then Riga (that's Latvia already) and Lipava, and then back to Lithuania for Klaipeda, and through Kowno (Kauanas) back to Poland. The Baltic sea was the warmest, and I mean really warm, near Riga. Which is the Northernmost!

Dear group, please post often, even with our leader gone, we still want to know what is going on in your life. I am selling my home, without any luck, so far, so we can move to S.C., and a warmer place with work for me. Many have looked at my home, but still not sold. I know times are bad now, but someone out there, will find my home a great deal, and a fine home, great neighbors, nice grounds, and well kept home.

I was absent for a few days as I was completing the renovation of my room. It was a terrible mess.
Now it looks a bit smaller.
Actually, it is packed with things. Everything is new and bigger than before: a new desk, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bookcase, a giant shelving system for all glass cage pets. Only my bed system remained the same though I am going to transform its bottow radically.
I had to make new wall shelves to comprise a few hundred books which I received from my neighbour after her deseased brother. All historical, with specialised topics. It seems I will have enough reading for two years without going to the library.
One day I will take photos of the room and show you, if you want to see how an average representative of Polish intelligentsia lives.
