Grzegorz Strzeboński 2011-04-01, We received a few pages of the British report, the rating agency Standard Poor's Push & Pull Brothers investment climate assessment for the entertainment industry in the seven major Polish cities. Such studies are conducted every five years in all EU countries from 2010 on. The Agency has examined social mood, self-esteem level and degree of sense of humor of the inhabitants of Krakow, Poznan, Warszawa, Katowice, Gdańsk, Lodz,Torun and Bydgoszcz. The lower the partial evaluation, the lower the average and the "sad" city. In the six level scale Krakow was just -3, which gives him the title of "the saddest city of the country." Krakovians fared the worst in self-irony (score 1) and distance to themselves (-2) as reflected by, among others, the inability to laugh with other people's jokes about them (out of scale) and a lack of understanding of the authors (2). The average result of Krakow is saved by the average high level of complacency with their own jokes about someone else (reaching 6!) wiadomosci.gazeta.pl/Wiadomosci/1,80269,9357548,Zbadali__ktore_polskie_miasto_jest_najsmutniejsze.html
