That is nice but now I feel embarassed by too much appreciation. ;D ;D ;D ;D
If you allow, can I pass some of it onto Peter who is also very active and inventive in writing about Poland and Europe in general?

I appreciate the effort that all of you put into this forum and generally put into your lives and the lives of others.
I offer you a virtual swig of my moonshine and a song by a few of my friends.

I would call it Bluegrass music, which might fall under the broad category of country music, but which has its own distinctive characteristics!

Jeanne. I play a little Jazz bass, Banjo (I know!), and some Harmonica. I would say the harp is my fave. I can turn a room inside out by playing some Chicago blues with some improv lyrics! Bend the lyrics to the party theme and watch the smiles. This guy is really good, but I can't stand to watch him.
Commercial music is < common Blues/Bluegrass/Country and Funk. (I love funk) I've taken this thread so far off topic that it may never get back.

Never fear..there's no such thing as being too far off topic around here...Bonobo will just work his magic and make it into a new thread..just wait and see!

Sorry for my disappearance but I practically didn`t live at home for two months due to certain family and health reasons. Now problems have finished so I will try to be more active.

Jim, I love this Blues harmonica Jim! It reminds me of one of the few Dutch bands I like, the English language music making Cuby & the Blizzards:
The audience is a typical example of Eastern-Dutch, Saxonian, farmer population.
I like music with soul, mind and spirit. Authentic music of real musicians. (Not plastic or synthetic music)
