I found this forum but didn't found a category with tower hall resources.
I am really interested in opening a Sp. z o.o. company in Poland.(small company)
After research I found that the minimum share capital should be 5,000 PNL:

Can EU citizens open a company in Poland?

Oops, I am not good at business matters. I have a teaching firm but it is so small that its rules don`t apply to your needs.
