Mass protests against ACTA, gathering as many as 20 thousand furious people per a single demonstration, reverberated in major Polish cities and made the Polish government withdraw its initial agreement to the treaty.
First they signed the treaty, without consulting anybody. Now, after the outburst, they are considering what to do as they don`t want to lose the votes of young protesters in future elections.
It seems they hadn`t even read what they signed. What fools.
I still don`t know what to think about ACTA. I am against copyrighted property thieves and pirates but what about infringement of personal freedom?
