A good example is missing the 'a' before the word 'few'. A couple of people on another forum make this mistake a lot, and the meaning of the sentence totally changes. I learnt your language by communicating with Poles who had no knowledge of English at all. yes, but I wasn`t talking about articles in fixed phrases like a few. I meant more casual ones which have a clear context for the, for example. Wow! It reminds me of another book, an adventure story, when a traveller taken hostage by a native tribe has to live among savages and suddenly he discovers he understands their language. The story`s title: A Man Called Horse.
