I like those murals. Some of them are like political cartoons of quality newspapers and others are like the paintings of Nikifor.

The the Jewish mural on Galicia Museum is very beautiful, very graphic. Graphical art! Yes, I like it too, but is is still a mural? It looks too sophisticated, painted according to a pre-conceived idea, , while a mural should look a bit more chaotic, like improvised.

I like them all, but really, really like the third one!
Is that a "fiddler on the roof"? I can't tell...

It still looks to me like it could be a violin...but I'll take your word for it! It's just that I've never heard of a "trumpeter on the roof," whereas I have heard of the "fiddler on the roof!" ...and the trumpter in Krakow is in the church window, not sitting on a roof...so I know it can't be that trumpeter!

Well, here is a close-up:

Thank you...now it's clear! He is indeed a trumpeter! Perhaps the artists tried to avoid being repetitive and purposely turned the fiddler into a trumpeter on the roof.

I like murals in general and artistic graffiti. I hate ugly murals and ugly graffiti. Poland has a tradition in murals and certain graffiti.

I like both the graphic and drawing and painting quality of much of these murals. It shows the Polish graphic art quality and that these street painters are not just a bunch of street gang graffiti vandalists.

Many of these murals have political and comic (cartoon) value and an art historic value. I hope many of them will survive time, erosion and changing political climates.
