But, I was a little amazed at the quantity of milk you drink in your family. Do you have it for lunch and dinner like Scandinavians? ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D And breakfast too (well, at least the kids drink it - I have it on my cereal and add it to my coffee). Yes, I must admit it - we're milkaholics! ;D ;D Oops, Gigi, you imbibe milk like water but you should realise that it is good only for kids. Adults should be content with milk processed into yoghurt, kefir, etc. Unless you are blood type B, so you can drink it without constraints. "Type B is the only blood type that can fully enjoy a variety of dairy foods," given that "the primary sugar in the Type B antigen is D-galactosamine, the very same sugar present in milk." Type Bs of Asian and African descent may have problems with dairy foods, chiefly in result of cultural conditioning and acquired intolerance, not as a matter of systemic resistance or immune response. D'Adamo suggests that though soy foods may be eaten by Type B, they should not take the place of "the meat, fish, and dairy that Type Bs really need for optimum health." (151-52)intraspec.ca/btb.php

Nope - type O, which according to your previous post should have the following diet: Blood Type 0 and Nutrition Highly Beneficial: Beef, lamb, liver, eggs, salmon, whitefish, olive and flaxseed oils, onions, kale, garlic, spinach, plums and prunes, pineapple juice, to mention a few. Neutral: Chicken, turkey, bass, shrimp, lobster, butter, goat cheese, cod. liver oil, almonds, pecans, string beans, rice, rye bread, many vegetables, most fruits, most juices, most spices, mustard, mayonnaise, chamomile tea, beer, red and white wine, plus many other items. Avoid: Pork, ham, bacon, catfish, lox, milk, goat milk, cheese, peanuts, cashews, navy beans, lentils, wheat, oats, corn, white potato, cabbage, olives, oranges, honeydew melons, strawberries, apple juice, orange juice, vinegar, black peppers, ketchup, coffee (even decaffeinated), tea, and sodas. Sure I could avoid those foods (and the lamb and liver too ), but wow, would I be an unhappy person! It is very important for adults (especially women) to get enough calcium in their diets. I drink about 16oz. of skim milk per day and also eat cheese, yogurt, etc. Seems to work ok for me.

Bo, I have trouble believing this stuff. To me, it doesn't seem possible that there are only four ways of nutrition to fit all.
Similarly doubtful to popular astrology - 12 personality schemes to fit all.

I like the food which is prescribed for my blood group and Chinese horoscope for my Zodiac sign exactly matches me.

Well then, here is the perfect theme song for you (sorry there isn't much to the vid)... ;D ;D ;D Hmmm.... I heard about Tiamat but this song didn`t appeal to me... Either music or lyrics... I am in love with myself
I am in love with the waking It is cold but I ain't mistaking Proud like Mary to be here again To be here now with my very best friend Merry go round I'm in love with the waking
And when I disappear Into the night and out of the fear Hunting with sword and spear I am king Lear Having a love affair With myself
I rule if you follow I spit if you swallow
You've been dealt the cards but there's nothing at stake What is it worth when your limbs begin to shake King of black hearts in the parliament A skinny white boy for president Triumph at hand but still nothing at stake

My blood type is O+ what kind of food do I need? Mike Type 0 came into being as the very first one among early humanoids. Hunters had it. Thank you now I can change my whole life style. Mike I agree with Tufta...you can't go by blood type alone. Gender, age, genetic factors, etc. all factor in. I am also O+, but I know that I wouldn't feel good if I ate too much meat. Just curious...why does the chart say "Type O food list" African?

Maybe you were snatched by aliens once and they changed your food preferences while you were asleep? Hmm, I don`t really know what race Mike is. He has never told us if he is Afro American or white...
