One of my favorite American comedies is 3 Rock From the Sun, in which aliens disguised as humans, bizar humor and dramatic scenes play a role. Are you sure it is American? Those guys have nice British accent which is fully understandable....  As for the content, I watched those 3 videos and yes, it is funny, but I prefer crazier Polish sitcoms like the 13th Precinct, with more characteristic actors, mainly Cezary Pazura, Polish Jim Carey. |

In New England in the North-Eastern corner of the USA some people speak a sophisticated sort of English close to British English.
The two brothers of Frasier speak a sort of 'English' English of the North-Eastern American corner and the father of the brothers speaks with an American accent. Their maid speaks with a funny kind of Scottish accent.
