This American guy tests Polish food and is generally appreciative except for a raw Tatar steak. But it is his own fault - at 5:20 you can see that he didn`t mix the ingredients properly and indeed he had to eat raw meat. He probably didn`t use any spices, either. No wonder he didn`t like it - pure raw meal isn`t too appealing in taste.
