Good morning! I am a park ranger at Saratoga National Historical Park in New York, and we are creating an exhibit about Tadeuz Kosciuszko. As you know he was quite important in the victory here and in winning American Independence. We also want people to remember his devotion to Polish Independence. In your review of The Peasant prince posted some years ago, you featured an image of Kosciuszko being toted off the field of battle of Maciejowice in 1794. I hope that we might be able to use the image, but have no idea from whence it came. I hope that you might point me in the right direction that I might contact the repository that owns it. Many Thanks for your time and assistance. Sincerely, Sorry, I tried to find out more about it but couldn`t. The picture was used as an illustration to the school quiz about Kosciuszko. www.rybnik.pl/bsip/tk/pytania.htm
