Is this a minaret on a mosque? And...I searched all the rooftops for a sign of a storks' nest, but saw none...

Is this a minaret on a mosque? And...I searched all the rooftops for a sign of a storks' nest, but saw none... It only looks so. Storks in towns are rare, let alone centres. So far I have been able to take photos of only two nests built in exclusively urban areas. They are in the you-know-which thread.

But in the story books they build nests in towns!! ? Really? I had no idea.... Of course, those towns were mostly medieval (or earlier) and consisted of only a couple of houses! But still...it's way more fun to live in a fantasy world than in reality!
