Oops, Poland belongs to cold countries. Average temperature is about 8 degrees Celsius. Just like Mid Atlantic States.

Formal zones don`t mean that the temperatures are always high or low. This night is going to be freezing cold reaching -20 C in north-west Poland which is the warmest zone of all.

Average temperature is about 8 degrees Celsius. The UK appears to be in that same yellow zone......but winters are way colder in Poland than here. It's a different type of cold though, much drier than the UK which has a very damp atmosphere. I read somewhere that Białystok is the coldest Polish city. Not surprising considering the location. This night is going to be freezing cold reaching -20 C in north-west Poland which is the warmest zone of all. That is quite surprising!

That is quite surprising! No, it is life. And nature which has its twists.
