People who lose consciousness in the street meet with various reactions. Mostly, a man lying on the sidewalk or near it is completely drunk. Rarely it is drugs. Then passers-by are indifferent. But such a reaction can be dangerous when someone has epilepsy or another disorder. So, knowing about Polish drinking habits, it is hard to predict how witnesses will react. Law doesn`t help either. In theory, ambulance must come whenever called. But once a witness called the services and they told him that he should check first if the lying person was drunk or not because they had more urgent interventions waiting.
