Unusual objects left in streets

Many years ago I remember communist press reporting ironically how the police "arrested" an oversized concrete male figure standing in the street. They suspected that students of the nearby University of Art had played a little joke. I saw that statue later on, standing in the backyard of the police station.

One can also see such things today.
