When pets get out of control or their owners do

A few times a year I can read about a problem with too many pets kept by one owner, especially an elderly one, sometimes mental. One day it was a granny who cared for 30 cats in her flat



Recently reporters found out that a once renowned artist keeps over 50 dogs.

Is it a situation described by a Polish saying: the more I get to know people, the more I love animals?

There was a news story in my area this week about a woman who had 83 cats that had to be removed from her home!
(Americans always do things in a big way!)

Judging by the size proportions of our countries, 80 sth is still low! She should have kept 270 cats to match Poland! ha
OK, as American cats are real monsters, let`s say: 200.

The owner of this dog ignored 500 ticks in its skin. Such things are considered criminal abuse and punishable by law - up to 3 years.
