A few months ago a businesswoman who runs a waffle shop in Łódż showed a photo of herself floating on an inflated toy on a giant puddle of water in front of her premises. That was a humourous protest against local authorities` neglect coz the pond came into being during careless contruction works in the street and nobody cared for some time.
