The Netherlands has eventually decided to officially use its name in all kinds of documents instead of informalHolland. That was a result of too many mistakes with the word Poland. 
Of course, it also worked the other way round - Poland was often mistaken with Holland.
What about other mistakes?
American airlines advertise their new routes to Krakow but provide pics of Gdańsk in their street ads. hahaha Should I feel offended? I am not, I know American attitude to learning history.....
