A few weeks ago I bought fillets of Karaś, Polish fresh water fish, which is considered a delicacy.
However, I had an idea to check what I had bought. Ooops. Instead of the golden one, I bought silver Chinese fish which is considered rubbish by anglers coz its meat is lousy.
I put it in the freezer and am going to have today. I am really curious.
