Here in the U.S. beavers are changing the landscape dramatically...they are protected here as well. They are creating wetlands where there was once forested land. Some of the flooding impacts houses. It can be a real problem for some people living in those areas.

For a few weeks the police tried to find out who regularly damaged tyres of cars parked in the street. An installed camers solved the case - it was a dog which bit through tyres. The owner was tracked down and he has to pay for the damage.
