It was made legal by PiS rulers a few years ago when certain conservative printing house owner refused to make some LGBT leaflets. He was found guilty by a few courts, including Supreme, for an unlawful segregation of clients but PiS managed to have him acquitted by changing the law.
Today we see the consequences of the change - certain diner owner put up a poster refusing the service to police officers and their families. What for?
