Did no one check this site out? If you did, what do you think? Mike I have. I did it for you, Mike. ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D The author is a Polish patriot but not a professional historian. He made a few mistakes, e.g., the Teutonic Knights were not completely obliterated at the battle of Tanneneberg in 1410. Besides, the author`s commentary sounds a bit too solemn and full of pathos from time to time. But, on the whole, a nice presentation. ;D ;D ;D

I watched it as well. It was an interesting video. There were some "firsts" by Poland that I did not know about. Thanks for sharing it, Mike!

You didn`t know that Polish Constitution was first in Europe? ;D ;D ;D ;D Hey, guys, I found another History of Poland 10-minute pill. It covers more or less the same topics, with immortal Copernicus and the battle of Grunwald ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D but the music is much better suited to particular historical events. E.g., the soundtrack from the Pirates of the Caribbean!!! ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

Genial programmer Tomasz Bagiński made a film for Polish EXPO 2010 in China. It lasts 8 minutes and is a great hit of the exhibition. Blockbuster which attracts crowds. I like it though certain scenes should have written description of events because they are totally unknown to most foreighners. Watch and check how much history of Poland can you recognise. E.g., what 3 major events are illustrated here?:
