I've heard of Bobak's before - sausage company in Chicago. The other two I'd have to google.

The first, is one of the wealthiest men in Poland He makes his money for making and selling beer in Poland.
The second and third, are both from Chicago, and are to some of the wealthiest men in the U.S.A. Bobak is the sausage king of Chicago, with three stores, and sells his products all over the U.S.A. The other man, I think is in construction.

The first, is one of the wealthiest men in Poland He makes his money for making and selling beer in Poland. Not only beer. I would even say beer is quite marginal part of his business. Material assets of Kulczyk Holding S.A., investment vehicle set up by Kulczyk in 1991 include minority stake in toll-road concesionary Autostrada Wielkopolska S.A. In the last 10 years Kulczyk held sizeable stakes in number of companies including PTC Era mobile operator (disposed to Elektrim), TPSA Polish incumbent telecom (acquired alongside France Telecom in privatisation deal and later sold to France Telecom), national oil refining and marketing PKN Orlen, Warta insurance (gradually sold to KBC) and PTE Dom pension fund (disposed to KBC).
Oops, only 3 stores??? ;D ;D ;D ;D

The 24th. was the hundredth anniversary of the birth of Professor. Ireneusz Roszkowski, ceremony at the hospital on Karowa. Prof. Roszkowski is considered to be the creator of the modern Polish school of obstetrics and gynecology. His name was given lecture hall, it also unveiled a bust and plaque. He was born in 1909 and died in 1996. He was a very great man, and a leader in the medical profession in all of Poland. You can find more on Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia. And this man is my uncle. Do you know of this man?

I recall you mentioning the surname before. Are the Roszkowskis the family you visited in Warsaw? I cannot recall which side of your family they are from. Anyone involved in making pregnancy and childbirth better is a hero in my book! Thanks for sharing the information about him!

I only heard about him from you, Mike. Probably well-known, but rather locally. And more known to women than men if he was a gynecologist.

Everything I read, he was known all over Poland, and much of the rest of the world. He published several papers on his field, and was looked at to be one of the finest, in his field. And he was my Uncle.
