The driver of a sports McLaren fell out of the road and hit a lamp on one of Otwock’s streets. The car was badly damaged. The police say that no one was hurt. According to media reports, an 18-year-old rally driver was supposed to be driving the wheel.
The collision took place on Saturday in Otwock, on Kraszewskiego Street, near the intersection with Ambasadorska. – On a straight stretch of road, the driver of a sports car skidded and hit a concrete pole breaking it. The front suspension in the car was broken, and the car itself stopped several dozen meters away – found out Artur Węgrzynowicz from tvnwarszawa.pl. According to the sportsfakty.wp.pl portal, 18-year-old rally driver Oliwier Dobrowolski was driving McLaren s720. This information was confirmed by the teenager’s father in an interview with the portal. The man reported that the boy was devastated by the situation, and the vehicle fell off the road on a wet and slippery surface. As he noted, “it’s a very difficult car” with a power of almost 800 horsepower and a rear-wheel drive. The car was two years old. Its catalog price is PLN 1.6 million.
