Local elections, 2018 and previous Funny but still real posters and banners Some candidates, especially women, take an opportunity to become young and more attractive again thanks to the elections. One candidate promises to build McDonald`s in his village Some use their surnames as slogans Vote Godlike They use local dialects Vote Raspberrski Superwoman For dance and for rosary Vote Halfpansy I am not a swine Presentation of a candidate: I don`t drink, I don`t smoke, I have had one wife for 40 years etc I am lazy but honest Number One - Namber Łan (crop) Vote Catbird. Put a bird (tick) for a bird! Vodka - the best choice www.money.pl/galerie/artykul/wybory-samorzadowe-2014-najsmieszniejsze,73,2,1645385.html polskatimes.pl/hity-kampanii-wyborczej-zobacz-najdziwniejsze-plakaty/ga/13540511

This is off-topic, but I saw a bumper-sticker on a car the other day that said "Elect a clown, expect a circus." I thought it was pretty funny...and true.

A local theatre made fun of real elections and hanged their own posters with funny messages to protest against hanging party banners with candidates` promises in the theatre area. E.g., Red Riding Hood promises: I will renovate all forest paths! The Wolf promises: I will eat all grandmas! Mermaid: I will build a sea port at a local river!
