Maybe the moderator here, in this forum group, can contact this member, jketulski, and ask them to go back and 'ammend' their original post to correct ommissions of proper credit. That way, any other members here, can go see all the pictures in their proper context. This shortcoming was corrected. I remember articles from the Polish press, the exhibition was a huge success. Hmm, I don`t know whose film exactly I saw on the Polish news, I just remember the scene with you in a hussar outfit riding a horse through the street, next to St. Patrick`s Cathedral. Yes, I read about it on the site with an interview. I am sure there are still such fans. They are a bit moved in years but it doesn`t matter. ;D ;D ;D ;D Hmm, for a while I thought you were as wild as Blackie and others. ;D ;D ;D ;D

i went to see a similar exhibit in Chicago.. about that time too.. but it was more about the battle of vienna then the hussaria. it had all kinds of items from the battle.. including hussar wears.. i found the turkish tents the most interesting though.

I like personal memoirs (personal accounts) of people who have went through bad experiences and have shown stubbornness in their resistance of evil. Poles have had a lot of experience in such things, with WWII and the Sovietization of Poland for so many years. I always have had a fear of totalitarian (dictatorial-type) governments. Poland had its share of them. In other words, I love history, especially with a human face.
What I do not like: People who have gone through such things and have not judged evil; on the contrary, they perpetrate it (continue it). They make me feel like vomiting. I also do not like people who have NOT gone through such things and still perpetrate evil. In other words, I do not like people who oppress other people. I think HISTORY shows people for what they are...We all have a chance to be a hero or a villain. I try to increase the heroic among mankind so that we can achieve our highest happiness. Some might say I'm a dreamer, because you can never expect the whole world to be righteous. Who ever said I thought you could?
BUT, I do know you or I can touch a person here and there, and thus change our little part of the world. And that is a mystery of life that non-dreamers cannot know. People CAN do things that surpass what non-believers think possible. Also, I am from the U.S.A.

To all the new members, Please write and tell us something on you, like where you live, what kind of work you do, and what are your likes. We hope to get to know all of you better. It is not hard to post, and you can learn, and teach us. Michael Dabrowski Hi, Everybody: I do have lot of interests and it is kind of differents. During years I have various different kinds of jobs because it was getting to easy for me. I have taken CRT Computers, Data Entry and Personal Computer course. I even took Creative Arts also but I never had chance to do it. I only scanning at famous company you all might know. I won?t name it. I loves cooking, baking, Christmas ornaments, needlepoint, knitting and crochet too. I do love do oil paintings too. Christmas is my favorite time and fun to go shopping in cities. I also love to travel by car to different states which I did years back. My graduation present from my parents was sending me to Washington, DC and New York World Fair by train. I was very happy to be in DC. I went to FBI, Monetary and Capital and George Washington?s Home in Virginia. Then I went to New York City with groups, we went all over city. United Nation, Umpire Building and Statue of Liberty. Shopping around the New York city. Visit World Fair, it was so huge place. My Aunt & Uncle always take my parents and my sister and brother to Canada, Michigan, Indian & Wisconsin to visit their families and friends. Polish Families & Friends and Russian Families too. We even went to Niagra Falls so many times even now. My brother and his then wife and her friend and I droved all the to California which is exciting experience for me to see each states. Each states is so beautiful and I am so glad we went by car. I have been Hawaii twice. First year I went to four islands which I am so glad I went and second year I went myself to Big Island (Hilo) It was wonderful experience to see how Hawaiian people lives and some of them are Philippine They are kind of not very nice to white people. Some are nice. I went to Jamaica which is so poor country ruling by England. That time they were having revolutions with England which my groups had to wait so long to order our foods (1 hours) and 2 hours waiting for food to come. Now Jamicia is indepence and still in worst shape ever. Now I am waiting for okay from Olympic so I go back to Chicago, IL.
